Rental Cottages
Haye Pastures Farm short-term rental cottages were developed from converted buildings in 2010, and as you would expect from a new development they conform to the latest building specifications. All have the highest standards of heat insulation, sound proofing, fire proofing and double glazing together with being fully centrally heated.
These cottages occupy the most elevated residential position in Warwickshire and on a clear day you have uninterrupted views as far as the eye can see.
Continental Breakfast Basket
For those who do not wish to cook breakfast themselves, we provide a 'Continental Breakfast Basket' at an extra cost of £6 per person.
Two Bed Cottage
The Hayloft is a delightfully welcoming cottage, with its interesting features and oak beams it oozes character and appeal. It comes with two bedrooms (one King Size double and one Twin) each with its own large modern and contemporary en-suit with power shower. It has a separate dining room, a lounge with two two-seater sofas, flat-screen TV and DVD player.
As you would expect from a conversion built to the latest specifications, the kitchen comes fully equipped, including the built-in dishwasher.
Whether enjoying a wonderful home-cooked meal in the dinning room or relaxing in the cozy lounge with its exposed oak beams, brick fireplace, flat-screen TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi internet access you'll find this is the perfect place to stop and unwind.
Only The Hayloft has stairs, our other cottages are at ground floor level.
One Bed Cottages
In addition to the Hayloft we have three one bed cottages, all built to the same high standards. These pretty little cottages with their exposed oak beams and low ceilings, give you a sense of peace and tranquility as soon as you walk through the door. With a choice of King Size double or Twin beds, each with independent reading lights, you will feel immediately at ease.
The contemporary en-suits are fully tiled and have terrific power showers. As you would expect from newly converted properties, the kitchens comes fully equipped, including built-in dishwashers and wonderful dining areas.

Directly outside you will find your own private table and chairs to sit and admire the breath-taking views over the Warwickshire countryside.

Its exposed oak beams give it the look that you would expect when choosing country accommodation. The Dairy comes with a beautifully designed bedroom with a King Size bed and independent reading lights. The modern and contemporary en-suit is fitted with a terrific power shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and it has its own small dining area.
